Consent for research participation
Title: Technology-Assisted Mental Health Profiling and Screening: Development and Validation of Tools for Mental Health Screening and Profile Characterization

Purpose. To evaluate whether a secure online platform can provide accessible, scientifically grounded mental health screening and structured feedback.
What you will do. Provide electronic consent and complete online questionnaires about your thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and daily experiences (about 20–30 minutes).
Risks. Minimal. Some questions ask about emotional experiences and may cause mild discomfort. You may skip any question or stop at any time.
Benefits. You may gain insight into your well-being; the research may help improve accessible screening tools for others.
Privacy. No direct personal identifiers are collected. Data are stored on encrypted, secure servers with access limited to the research team and the IRB.
Voluntary. Participation is voluntary and free. You may refuse or stop at any time without penalty.
