What you'll answer

The battery covers four areas of everyday psychological functioning:

Social & behavioral patterns

Social communication, routine and change, sensory experiences, and camouflaging.

Personality (Big Five)

Conscientiousness, agreeableness, openness, extraversion, and neuroticism.

Mood (PHQ-9)

Depressive symptom severity over the last two weeks.

Anxiety (GAD-7)

Generalized anxiety symptom severity over the last two weeks.
