O Technology-Assisted Mental Health Screening

Privacy & data

The study is designed to avoid collecting direct personal identifiers.

What we collect

Your questionnaire responses and a small set of non-identifying demographic items (such as age range, gender, education, and country). We do not ask for your name, address, or other direct identifiers.

How it is stored

Data are stored as coded records on secure, password-protected servers in accordance with institutional data security policies, and analyzed in de-identified form. Access is restricted to authorized members of the research team.

How it is used and shared

Responses are used to evaluate and improve the screening platform and to support scientific research; results may appear in publications or presentations. De-identified datasets may be retained for future research and shared with other researchers in de-identified form. The Institutional Review Board that reviewed this research and the research team may access study records.

Your choices

Participation is voluntary. You may skip any question or stop at any time without penalty. Because responses are de-identified, they cannot be traced back to you.

Despite these safeguards, no online transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
